An updated design to improve overall bounce and reduce muscle fatigue. A “stable neutral” road running shoe  for everyday training and long-distance runs.

A wide sole ensures superior comfort, while the introduction of the Anima N2 insert in the forefoot improves bounce and effective propulsion. If you like a slighter lower drop, the DIADORA CELLULA 2 is made for you.

With the Cellula 2, you get enhanced performance, stable support, and a total energy return of 65%, kilometre after kilometre. Enhanced performance thanks to the updated design.

Cellula 2 offers superior comfort and boosts your performance. A wider sole ensures excellent shock absorption in the heel area, thereby reducing muscle fatigue. The new Anima N2 insert boosts rebound and thrust during the forefoot placement, for a total rebound of 65%.

Anima N2 technology : For the most demanding runners during fast workouts. The new ANIMA N2 technology in EVA SCF (Super Critical Foaming) increases the shoe’s energy return by 72% and reduces its weight by up to 40%.

UPPER: Nylon Air Mesh and microfibre.

INSOLE: Removable – SCF TPEE.

MIDSOLE:  Anima + Anima N2.

OUTERSOLE:  Soft rubber in the front part. Special Duratech 5000 wear-resistant compound across the entire foot area.

TECHNOLOGIES:

• ANIMA: The Anima technology increases midsole responsivness by 30% compared to the EVA light compound, enabling a faster response by the shoe when hitting the ground. At the same time, the midsole weight is reduced by 20%, for lighter steps and longer runs. Overall, Anima has a reactivity level around 60%.
• ANIMA N2: The new ANIMA N2 technology stands out for its extreme lightness and responsiveness, as well as its elevated cushioning. A special compound capable of increasing the responsiveness of the midsole by 40% while reducing its weight by 40%.
• DURATECH 5000: Special wear-resistant rubber compound assuring a far higher wear resistance than standard rubber, offering an effective solution to shoe heel wear.
